Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
NorthAdvise values the protection of personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.
1. Who We Are
NorthAdvise is an agency specialized in Google Ads, lead generation, and tracking for service-based small and medium-sized businesses.
For any question related to the protection of personal information, you can contact us at: cedrik@northadvise.com
2. Information We Collect
When you use our website or complete a form, we may collect certain information, including: first and last name; email address; phone number; company name; website; message or details about your request; information related to your service request; page visited; referring page; UTM parameters; advertising identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID; technical navigation information such as browser, device used, or certain performance data.
We collect only the information necessary to respond to your request, manage our follow-ups, measure our marketing efforts, and improve our services.
3. Why We Collect This Information
We use the information collected to respond to your requests; communicate with you; qualify received requests; provide our services; improve our website and forms; measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns; produce internal reports; improve the quality of generated leads; and comply with our legal, administrative, and contractual obligations.
4. Contact Forms
When you submit a form on our site, the information provided is used to process your request and communicate with you.
Certain technical data may also be collected to understand where the request came from, for example whether it came from a Google Ads campaign, a Google search, or another source.
5. Client Forms
NorthAdvise may also provide or manage forms for certain clients.
When a form is used for a NorthAdvise client, the submitted information may be sent to that client so they can respond to the request.
In this context, NorthAdvise acts as a technical or marketing provider to facilitate the receipt, follow-up, and measurement of requests. The information may be used to send the request to the relevant client; allow the client to respond to the prospect; measure the source of requests; track lead quality; produce performance reports; and improve the client’s advertising campaigns.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our site may use cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies.
These technologies may be used to ensure the proper operation of the site; measure site audience and performance; understand which pages are viewed; measure advertising campaign results; improve the user experience; and optimize our marketing campaigns.
Some technologies are essential to the operation of the site. Others, such as analytics or advertising tools, may be used to measure or improve campaigns.
7. Third-Party Tools Used
NorthAdvise may use certain third-party tools to operate its website, measure performance, manage requests, and deliver its services.
These tools may include, without limitation: Google Analytics 4; Google Tag Manager; Google Ads; Netlify; Base44; email or notification tools; and internal lead management and reporting tools.
These providers may process certain data according to their own policies and according to the settings configured by NorthAdvise.
8. Advertising and Conversion Measurement
NorthAdvise may use tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns and those of its clients.
When a visitor completes a form after clicking an advertisement, certain advertising identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID may be retained. This data is used to understand which campaigns generate relevant requests.
NorthAdvise may also use offline conversions to improve the quality of advertising tracking. This makes it possible to measure not only submitted forms, but also the real quality of the requests received.
9. Retention of Information
We retain personal information only for the period necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
When information is no longer necessary, we take reasonable measures to delete it, anonymize it, or limit its use.
10. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
However, we may share certain information with service providers when necessary to operate our site, manage requests, measure our campaigns, or provide our services.
In the case of client forms, submitted information may be sent to the relevant client so they can process the request.
11. Data Storage and Processing
Certain providers used by NorthAdvise may store or process data outside Quebec or Canada.
When this is the case, the information may be subject to the applicable laws in those territories.
12. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or modification.
Access to information is limited to the people or providers who need it as part of their duties.
13. Your Rights
Depending on applicable laws, you may request access to your personal information; correction of inaccurate information; withdrawal of your consent, where possible; deletion of certain information, where applicable; and information about the use of your information.
To exercise your rights, you can contact us at: cedrik@northadvise.com
